In celebration of Earth Day, we
will tune into the uniting of all of us that yoga can bring. We
will use breath, voice and poses to celebrate our Earth and our
unity with each other as All One People living on this planet. Class
is on Earth Day, Tuesday, April 22nd at 7:45pm.
In this class, we will:
- Work on pranayama (breathing) techniques, honoring cleaner air
that greener practices allow
- Focus on numerous poses that stimulate and energize the green
Anahata or Heart Chakra, the blue Vishuddha or throat chakra and
the orange Svadisthana Chakra that rules the creative aspects
of ourselves (helping us take action for a cleaner, greener Earth)
- Chant for World Peace as well as our place as individuals and
as All One People
- Work collaboratively as a class in some poses to express unity
of spirit for the preservation of our environment and planet
The cost for this special is $25. SAVE $5 if you
