Monday & Thursday Nights
These classes are for beginners and intermediate students alike. The style combines Hatha and Vinyasa, creating an ecclectic, slow-flowing yoga class that blends breath with body movements to improve strength and flexibility.
Students have said these classes are challenging to students of all levels of yoga experience, yet accessible to even the newest beginner.
Monday class is recommended first if you've never done yoga before.
Every 1st Monday is "Back to Basics" for beginner students or students who wish to focus more on proper alignment and details of building a yoga pose.
Every last Thursday is "Shanti Sweat-it-Out" for students who want an intense flowing class where they will challenge themselves and break a sweat.
