Can preschoolers do

Absolutely! Children are the perfect yoga students,
because they are spontaneous, full of energy and enjoy life. Adults
take yoga classes to learn how to do what children do effortlessly:

Because yoga influences the body, mind and spirit
connection, it supports concentration, flexibility, coordination.
In this age group (3-6 year olds), body awareness is a key element
to helping children and parents have fun while getting fit, learning
about themselves and others. Yoga poses are playful and imagination
is celebrated.
